The PLG Introductory Training Course takes delegates through the partnering process – commencing with the identification of the correct strategy, through due diligence and negotiation to eventual implementation. En route, the tutorial sessions cover key elements of the licensing process, including an in depth look at Intellectual Property Rights and the Financial Analysis of deal terms.
